Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM - Small Manufacturer of Metal Conveyor Belts.
Feasterville, PA 19053
70% of this job is product assembly and prep work, 30% is welding.
FITTER WELDER Experience a must. Pay Rate based on Experience.
Connect parts into more complex components. You will ensure all parts fit correctly. Weld parts to create the finished product. Mechanical Aptitude a plus, also any auto body repair experience will be considered first.
Responsibilities: Finishing of our metal conveyor belting.
- Product Finishing: Load and unload product on finishing tables.
- Hand trim uneven edges of mesh. Must have good hand dexterity and strength to trim and cut mesh.
- Welding of spiral to connecting rod to create a finished smooth mesh edge.
- Welding additional components to the conveyor belt, chain, rods, plate edges, bars, fixtures to conveyor belt by welding, bolting, and various other methods.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Take precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components.

- Skills
- Ability in using tools, shears.
- Fabrication and Fitter Welding experience
- Strong hand strength. Edges of wire mesh need to be trimmed (sizes from small wire .025" up to .325" diameter).
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
