This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based at True Physical Therapy in Wichita, KS. The Physical Therapist will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to support patients in restoring function, reducing pain, and improving mobility. Daily responsibilities include providing hands-on care, monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and educating patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention. The role requires close collaboration with other healthcare professionals, accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, and active participation in clinic initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and the overall care experience.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and Home Care, including patient education and development of safe, effective home exercise programs.
• General knowledge of Medicine relevant to musculoskeletal, neurologic, and orthopedic conditions to support clinical decision-making.
• Current Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Kansas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to start date).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills, with a commitment to respectful, team-based care.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics.
• Previous outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.
