The Dental Assistant will provide essential support in a small dental practice, assisting the dentist and office manager to ensure smooth and efficient patient care. This role involves chairside assistance, preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, and supporting scheduling tasks, contributing to a positive dental care experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
- Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort
- Sterilize and organize dental instruments
- Perform dental radiography as needed
- Support scheduling and administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in dental assisting
- Certificate in dental assisting
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures
- Proficiency in dental radiography and chairside assistance
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
