POSITION SUMMARY:
The Constituent Operations Specialist serves a key role in the ministry's financial stewardship by accurately processing charitable contributions, preparing and reconciling bank deposits, maintaining gift records, and ensuring the integrity of donation data within the constituent relationship management (CRM) system. This position supports the Constituent Care team through accurate financial recordkeeping, reconciliation, and reporting while also providing excellent customer service to ministry constituents through phone, email, social media, and written correspondence.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
Minimum of one year of customer service, administrative support, donation processing, bookkeeping, or related experience preferred.
