Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift

We are looking for a mix of mechanical and electrical experience with the ability to work independently and guide others.

Oshkosh Door Company manufactures custom architectural wood doors used in buildings around the world. Our work supports safety, performance, and design in schools, hospitals, offices, hotels, and other commercial spaces. We are an approximately 140-person company known for quick delivery, high-quality craftsmanship, and people who take pride in building something that matters.
Second shift hours are Monday through Thursday from 3:00 pm to 1:00 am and overtime as needed on Friday and Saturday.

You should like solving problems, following through, and keeping people informed. You should have the attitude of helping production to succeed and work with internal teams without creating friction. You do not need to be flashy. You do need to be accurate, dependable, and willing to own the details.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
· An associate degree from a two-year college or technical school in a maintenance discipline and Journeyman or equivalent level of knowledge
· Three years of experience in a maintenance role in a manufacturing environment
· The desire to work on second shift
· Welding/fabrication experience is a plus
· Problem solving ability
· Safety awareness
