Reporting directly to the Account Executive - Freight Broker, this role focuses on coordinating domestic shipments and supporting efficient transport planning through meticulous inventory and order management.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels to align with shipment schedules
• Schedule and coordinate domestic shipments effectively
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and supply chain continuity
• Track orders from initiation through delivery for accuracy and timeliness
• Plan transport logistics to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
• Enter and maintain accurate logistics data within designated software systems
• Resolve operational issues to avoid shipment delays or discrepancies
