What You'll Do

As a Lead HVAC Technician, you'll work on a variety of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. Every day brings something different, and you'll have the support of an experienced team behind you.

Responsibilities include:

• Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Troubleshoot equipment efficiently and provide lasting solutions.
• Ensure all work meets local codes and company quality standards.
• Work alongside plumbing technicians when projects require integrated systems.
• Assist with remodeling and replacement projects.
• Communicate professionally with customers, explaining repairs and recommendations.
• Deliver outstanding service while treating customers and teammates with honesty, respect, and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who:

• Holds a HVAC license.
• Has strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Takes pride in producing quality workmanship.
• Enjoys working as part of a team.
• Values honesty, integrity, and accountability.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
• Has experience with gas furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and indoor air quality systems (preferred).
• Plumbing knowledge is a plus, but not required.
