A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Production Operator in Belvidere, NJ 07823. This role supports a major global manufacturing company producing ingredients and solutions used across nutrition, health, and beauty.

Pay & Duration

• Pay: $23.50/hour
• Duration: ~5–6 months (with possibility to extend)
• Openings: 1

Schedule

• Dupont 28-day rotating schedule (Example rotation provided by hiring team: Work Mon/Tue, off Wed/Thu, work Fri/Sat/Sun, off Mon/Tue, work Wed/Thu, off Fri/Sat/Sun, then repeat. Work one month overnight, next month day shift, then repeat)
• 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM / 7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
• Includes weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
  

What You’ll Do

• Operate storage, blending, milling, and packaging equipment to move materials through production to finished goods
• Perform material handling including dispensing ingredients, staging materials, and loading/unloading (forklift experience is a plus)
• Follow SOPs, production schedules, and maintain GMP / cGMP and good documentation practices
• Complete production documentation (batch records, logbooks, cleaning records, etc.)
• Communicate process status and escalate equipment issues/deviations to the shift lead
• Support safety culture by following all SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) standards and participating in trainings/meetings
• Maintain housekeeping and assist with minor troubleshooting/maintenance

Requirements (Must Have)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license (driving is required onsite and to/from work)
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Belvidere, NJ
• Ability to work a rotating Dupont schedule (28-day)
• Respirator fit requirement
• Must be clean shaven (required for respirator use)
• Able to meet physical demands of the role (includes material handling; job posting notes lifting up to 50 lbs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience
• Experience in chemical manufacturing and/or pharmaceutical environments
• Familiarity with GMP standards
