This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with no on-call or weekend duties, and weekly pay. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance care. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical repairs, drywall, and painting
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, ensuring functionality and resident satisfaction
• Complete maintenance requests and work orders efficiently and on schedule
• Assist with maintaining the appearance and functionality of the apartment community
• Collaborate with property management and other team members to address maintenance needs

Requirements:

• 1+ year of handyman/maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance care
• Own a set of basic hand tools
• HVAC certification
• Reliable transportation to and from the property
• Ability to work independently and follow a Monday-Friday schedule
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
