1 - 1 staffing ratio. You are only responsible for 1 client for the 8 hour shift.

• Full Time Position: Steady Daylight Monday-Friday. $22.00-$25.00 per hour
• 100% paid healthcare, eye dental and life insurance Other benefits including paid holidays, paid time off, and 403b retirement plan.

• Implement/supervise the activities as outlined by the Program Specialist
• Maintains control of drugs and medications
• Provide supported health care and treatments as required
• Administer treatment and medications as required
• Provide the required daily care and hygiene of clients
• Provide support for community participation
• Complete daily required reports

We are seeking an attentive and trustworthy LPN to join our staff in providing excellent care to our clients. To succeed you should be patient, empathetic, and have strong people skills. You should be observant and committed to making your client feel safe and comfortable. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
