Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems and equipment
• Address repair requests for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural issues
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance needs
• Keep detailed records of work performed and track maintenance schedules
• Assist with preparation and upkeep of common areas and grounds

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in building maintenance
• Valid driver’s license
