We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (II or Licensed Higher) to join our team for substance addiction. As a key member of our counseling team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting and empowering individuals on their journey to overcome substance addictions. Your main objective will be guiding members towards leading addiction-free lives. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need of substance addictions.
Duties:

- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for patients
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality
- Implement behavior management strategies to support patient well-being
- Provide counseling to members on a weekly basis through text-based chat, video calls, and phone calls, to monitor their progress on their recovery journey
- Provide addiction counseling and support to individuals in recovery
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and assessments.
-Be supportive and encouraging to members to help them establish and sustain motivation to change their substance use
- Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques when working with patients
