We are currently seeking a skilled Extrusion Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion equipment used in the production of high-quality protein bar products.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate extrusion machinery
• Monitor production to ensure consistent product quality
• Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and cleaning
• Conduct quality checks and document production data
• Follow food safety, GMP, and safety protocols
• Communicate issues promptly to supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience operating manufacturing or extrusion equipment preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attendance and reliability

Work Environment:

• Production facility environment
• PPE required
• Standing for extended periods
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
