\nCompany DescriptionCutter Operator Job Summary:
- Pay: $25.00 to $30.00/Hr
- Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm to 12:00 am
- Set up and operate commercial cutting equipment according to job specifications
- Review job tickets, measurements, and production requirements
- Load, align, measure, and cut printed materials accurately
- Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and minimize waste
- Inspect completed materials for size, alignment, and overall quality
- Troubleshoot routine equipment and production issues
- Maintain accurate production records
- Keep equipment and the surrounding work area clean and organized
- Follow all company safety and production procedures
Cutter Operator Qualifications:
- Previous hands-on experience operating commercial paper-cutting equipment
- Ability to independently complete machine setups and adjustments
- Ability to read rulers, measurements, job tickets, and production specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to identify and correct quality issues during production
- Dependable attendance and ability to work the assigned shift
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven production environment
