Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney who is ready to take an important role within our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law litigation, the ability to independently manage a caseload, and a passion for helping clients through challenging transitions.

Responsibilities

1. Manage a full caseload of family law matters, including:
2. 1. Divorce
   2. Legitimation
   3. Child custody and visitation
   4. Child and spousal support
   5. Property division
   6. Domestic protective orders
   7. Modifications and enforcement actions
3. Develop effective case strategies.
4. Draft legal documents.
5. Represent clients in mediations, hearings, settlement conferences, and trials.
6. Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case progress and expectations.
7. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff across all office locations.
8. Participate in professional networking and community engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
2. Active license and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
3. A minimum of 4 years of family law experience is preferred.
4. Strong courtroom, negotiation, and litigation skills.
5. Experience handling complex custody, support, and equitable division matters.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Strong organizational and case management abilities.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Commitment to providing outstanding client service.
