2nd Shift Aerospace Manufacturing Opportunities | Mason, OH | Multiple Openings
We are actively hiring for three direct-hire, 2nd shift positions with a well-established aerospace manufacturer in Mason, OH specializing in precision turbine engine and jet engine components. All positions are Monday – Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM.
OPEN POSITIONS:
1. Quality Technician – FPI/CMM | Compensation Based on Experience
Hands-on FPI and/or CMM experience required. Aerospace background strongly preferred. Responsibilities include performing fluorescent penetrant inspections, operating CMM equipment to verify dimensional compliance, identifying non-conforming material, and supporting corrective action and quality documentation within AS9100/NADCAP standards.
2. Quality Technician – Airflow | Compensation Based on Experience
Airflow inspection or flow bench testing experience required. Aerospace engine component background strongly preferred. Responsibilities include performing airflow testing and inspection on precision aerospace components, verifying compliance with engineering specifications, and documenting inspection results within AS9100/NADCAP standards.
3. Manufacturing Supervisor – Conventional Machining | $80,000 – $115,000 Annually
Proven supervisory experience in a CNC or conventional machining environment required. Aerospace background strongly preferred. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising 2nd shift production personnel, troubleshooting machining and quality issues in real time, driving production and safety performance, and coaching and holding team members accountable — all in a high-autonomy, low-micromanagement environment.
