Twin Electric Inc. is seeking experienced Industrial Journeyman Electricians to join our team immediately. We specialize in industrial electrical construction, automation, PLC systems, controls, process equipment, food processing facilities, manufacturing plants, and heavy industrial installations throughout California.
This is NOT residential or commercial tenant improvement work.

What You'll Be Working On
Projects include:
- Industrial manufacturing facilities
- Food processing plants
- Process equipment installations
- PLC and automation systems
- Motor Control Centers (MCCs)
- Switchgear installations
- VFD installations
- Instrumentation
- Process controls
- Power distribution systems
- Industrial service work
- Plant shutdowns
- Equipment upgrades
- New industrial construction
Responsibilities
- Install industrial electrical systems from drawings and specifications
- Bend and install EMT, Rigid, Ocal (PVC Coated), Stainless Steel, and PVC conduit (1⁄2"–4")
- Install underground conduit systems and duct banks
- Install cable tray systems
- Pull and terminate power and control wiring
- Install and terminate motors, VFDs, instrumentation, and controls
- Install switchboards, switchgear, transformers, distribution panels, and MCCs
- Troubleshoot electrical equipment when required
- Read one-line diagrams, control schematics, panel layouts, and construction drawings
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and productivity
- Follow OSHA, NEC, GMP, and customer safety requirements
- Keep jobsites organized and professional
- Mentor apprentices and promote safe work practices
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants without industrial electrical experience will not be considered.
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of electrical construction experience
- Minimum 3 years of industrial electrical experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience reading electrical drawings and specifications
- Experience with 24VDC, 120VAC, 277VAC, and 480VAC systems
- Experience with industrial controls
- Ability to install conduit professionally
- Experience installing cable tray
- Experience operating aerial lifts and scissor lifts
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- High attention to detail
Preferred:
- California Journeyman Certification
- PLC installation experience
- Allen-Bradley experience
- Ignition SCADA experience
- Instrumentation experience
- Food processing experience
- NFPA 70E knowledge
- OSHA 30 Certification
- MSHA Certification

Requirements
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Willing to travel throughout California (approximately 75%)
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends
- Excellent attendance
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to climb ladders, work from lifts, and perform physically demanding work
Compensation & Benefits
- $30.00–$42.00 per hour DOE
