Molder Operator

Location: South Holland, IL

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour base hourly guarantee + piecework (earn more based on production), 30 mins lunch (unpaid) and two 10 min breaks (paid)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift - 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Assignment Type: Temp to hire

Position Overview

Our client is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals for a Molding Operator position. This role involves operating air and hydraulic presses to shape small abrasive products while maintaining consistent quality standards. This is a piecework-based position with strong earning potential for productive employees.

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Operate air and hydraulic presses to mold small abrasive products
• Monitor production to ensure parts meet size and quality specifications
• Perform periodic measurements to maintain consistency and accuracy
• Maintain a steady workflow to maximize production output
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
