Industrial Sewing Operator

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $14/hour guaranteed, plus production incentives. Average earnings are $14–$16/hour, with top performers earning up to $20/hour.

Requirements:

• Industrial sewing machine experience required
• Production-line experience preferred
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality
• Reliable attendance and attention to detail
• Spanish or English accepted

Operators will sew and assemble products, complete production tickets, inspect finished work, and meet daily productivity and quality goals.
