Logistics Coordinator – Agriculture Production Facility (Champaign, IL)

This position combines office responsibilities with hands-on warehouse work. If you're comfortable using a computer, communicating with customers and carriers, have forklift experience, and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to meet you!

⭐ What You'll Do

As our Logistics Coordinator, you'll help keep our shipping and warehouse operations running smoothly by:

• Preparing Bills of Lading, shipping labels, packing lists, and other shipping documents
• Scheduling freight pickups and coordinating deliveries with carriers
• Communicating with customers, vendors, and drivers regarding shipment status
• Processing shipping and inventory transactions within our ERP system
• Assisting with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Receiving and verifying incoming materials and finished goods
• Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, stage, and move products throughout the facility
• Verifying product quantities, lot numbers, and shipment accuracy before orders leave the plant
• Maintaining organized warehouse, shipping, and staging areas
• Supporting production, warehouse, and logistics teams to keep customer orders moving on time
• Following all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements

You'll play an important role in delivering high-quality crop protection products to customers across North America.

What We're Looking For

• Previous forklift operating experience is required
• Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehouse, manufacturing, or inventory control
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds and work in both an office and warehouse setting
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety

Experience with ERP systems, agricultural products, or chemical manufacturing is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person!
