We design, manufacture, and sell RF test instruments to the US Department of War (DoW) and prime US defense contractors. Our instruments are used to test next generation Electronic Warfare (EW) systems that support the US warfighter and our NATO allies.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an ambitious individual that is interested in leveling up in electronics, software, and RF/wireless. We do not expect that you will have all the skills needed on day one, but we absolutely require you to be excited about learning those skills over time as you work on varied projects.
Successful candidates will have either a formal education in electronics, military service in an electronics/comms/radar MOS, prior work experience in electronics, or a demonstrated history of personal electronics projects.
Job Responsibilities
This position entails a wide scope of duties including Electronics Assembly, Mechanical Assembly, Computer Configuration, and Documentation.
Electronics and Mechanical Assembly Duties
· Assemble RF test and measurement instrumentation in 19” racks
· Assemble box instruments and front panels
· Assemble prototype instruments, including occasional soldering and circuit board assembly
· Test assembled RF instruments in both prototype and final shipping configurations
· Maintain & organize lab area
· Shipping & receiving operations as needed
Computer Configuration Duties
· Deploy and configure Windows operating system on RF instrumentation products using standard IT industry tools
· Assemble, configure, and test high speed disk arrays
· Develop scripts and configuration files to automate deployment processes
· Use internal test tools to automate instrument testing
Documentation Duties
· Maintain company inventory records & parts database using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools
· Track manufacturing job progress using MRP tools
· Create and maintain assembly instructions, SOP’s, and photos for company products
· Assist engineering in creating block diagrams, wire run lists, schematics, and related documentation
· Assist engineering in creating user documentation and help files for RF instrumentation products
· Assist engineering in researching mechanical & electronic parts for future designs
· Assist engineering in designing simple mechanical parts such as instrument front panels using CAD tools
· Interface with parts vendors and suppliers
