Local Heating & Air Conditioning Company / HVAC Apprentice

Pay: $15 - $18 DOE

Hours: Monday - Friday 8-5 

We are seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Installer Apprentice to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the commercial HVAC trade while working alongside an experienced HVAC Mechanic. You will receive hands-on training installing commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of commercial HVAC systems.
• Learn proper installation techniques, tools, and safety procedures from an experienced HVAC Mechanic.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and job site requirements.
• Work effectively as part of a team while developing technical skills.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
• Dependable, reliable, trustworthy, and honest.
• Mechanical aptitude or related mechanical experience.
• Ability to adapt and learn in a changing work environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
• Clean motor vehicle record and ability to pass a background check.
• Previous HVAC or construction experience is preferred but not required.
