Comfort Zone of North Florida Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Lead to join our growing residential team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading residential HVAC system installations (primarily full system changeouts)
• Ensuring quality, clean, and code-compliant installs
• Working with a small, dependable install team
• Communicating with homeowners in a professional manner
• Completing one installation per day to maintain quality standards
• No rushed afternoon installs and no overbooked days
• Mixed install and service work (coils, compressors, etc.)
• Duct cleaning during non-install days (Training Available)

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• Ability to lead installs with a helper
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must have own tools
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Willingness to follow company standards and installation procedures

Compensation & Benefits

• $58,000 – $78,000 base pay depending on experience
• Performance bonuses available
• Upsell + commission opportunities available
• Box truck with lift gate provided (shop-based)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday
Day shift only
Overtime opportunities available when desired
(No mandatory nights, weekends, or emergency installs)
