ABOUT OUR HOTEL
Assist in the efficient, safe, and professional operation of the hotel's building, grounds, equipment, and physical appearance to support an exceptional guest and employee experience. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing the hotel's interior and exterior painted surfaces, conducting routine property walks to identify areas requiring attention, and responding promptly to engineering requests from guests and team members.
In addition to painting responsibilities, this role supports the Engineering team with general building maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and other projects as assigned. The ideal candidate has a well-rounded maintenance background and is comfortable working across multiple building trades in a fast-paced hotel environment.
JOB DUTIESCommunicate effectively with guests, team members, and other departments.
Respond professionally and promptly to guest requests, work orders, incoming calls, and radio calls.
