Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in property restoration and understands the demands of working with customers and properties affected by water, fire, and mold damage.

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in quality work, works well as part of a team, and can handle the physical demands of restoration work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform restoration and cleanup services for water, fire, and mold damage
• Perform demolition, debris removal, cleaning, and sanitization as needed
• Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment; assist with water extraction and structural drying
• Perform fire and smoke damage cleanup and assist with mold remediation and containment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following all company safety procedures and restoration protocols
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors while documenting work performed and job progress
• Respond to job sites as needed and assist with other restoration-related duties

Qualifications:

• Previous restoration industry experience is required
• Hands-on experience with water, fire, and/or mold damage restoration
• Knowledge of water mitigation, structural drying, demolition, cleaning, and restoration procedures
• Ability to safely operate and work around restoration equipment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in physically demanding environments
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or emergency calls as needed
