Job Description\nCompany Description
Motivated person with strong work ethic. Maintain, repair, and improve property in a safe manner as well as set up and break down for events and other miscellaneous projects. Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand kneel for extended periods of time. Work in an outside environment i.e. heat, cold, and rain. Conduct and understand minor repairs such as plumbing, electrical, painting and HVAC. Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks and projects. Able to work some weekends. Work individually and as a group.
