We are seeking an experienced Residential Carpenter for a temporary opportunity in Fallbrook, CA. This role focuses on residential exterior wood repair and replacement, including replacing wood beams, completing painting work, and performing high-quality carpentry repairs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of carpentry experience, owns their tools and PPE, has reliable transportation, and is comfortable working on ladders and in physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential exterior wood repair and replacement.
• Replace wood beams and complete related carpentry work.
• Complete painting as part of repair and finishing projects.
• Safely work on ladders while following proper safety practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using your own carpentry tools.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of residential carpentry experience.
• Experience with exterior wood repair, wood replacement, and painting.
• Own carpentry tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work at heights.
• Professional work attire required.
