We are seeking an experienced Marine Engine Technician to join an established marine service company. This position requires hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and servicing BOTH inboard and outboard marine engines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair inboard and outboard marine engines
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, fuel, ignition, and cooling system issues
• Perform engine diagnostics using diagnostic equipment
• Complete routine maintenance including tune-ups, lower unit service, impellers, oil changes, and winterization
• Read service manuals and wiring diagrams
• Test engines after repairs and documents completed work
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

·       Minimum 3 years of professional marine engine repair experience

·       Experience with BOTH inboard and outboard engines is REQUIRED

·       Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

·       Ability to work independently

·       Experience using marine diagnostic equipment

·       Valid Driver's License

·       High School Diploma or GED

·       Must pass a background check
