We are looking for a dependable Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturer specializing in high-quality custom sealing products used in aerospace, medical, defense, HVAC, transportation, energy, and industrial applications. The company produces precision die-cut, flash-cut, laminated, and custom fabricated components while investing in modern equipment and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision converting and fabrication equipment
• Run steel-rule die cutting presses, clicker presses, and beam presses
• Operate slitting, laminating, and material converting equipment
• Load and align rubber, foam, fiber, cork, plastic, and gasket materials for production
• Perform machine adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques
• Read work orders, prints, and production specifications
• Package finished products and prepare orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow quality standards and production procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating manufacturing or converting equipment
• Experience with die cutting, punch presses, slitting, laminating, or similar machinery is a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
