Job Responsibilities:
-Ability to speak fluent English, Spanish a plus
Source and screen candidates for various job openings
- Interview candidates to assess qualifications, skill set and determine fit
- Present qualified candidates to clients and assist in hiring process
- Track candidates through onboarding and provide ongoing support
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Skills Required:

- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to match candidates' skills and experience to job requirements
- Proficiency with applicant tracking and recruiting software
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
