What you’ll be doing:
You’ll support apartment communities with day-to-day maintenance, including:

• Completing work orders
• Unit turns / make-readies
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and repairs
• Painting, drywall, and general upkeep
• Helping maintain clean and safe property grounds
• Appliance repairs

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1-2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Ability to handle general maintenance tasks independently
• Reliable transportation
