Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Plumber for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should have commercial plumbing knowledge & have the urge to learn & grow as a plumber and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. The commercial plumber will work alongside a plumbing foreman, and ensure compliance with all local codes and company safety policies.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing system for commercial jobs
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and building plans
• Diagnose issues and troubleshoot plumbing problems efficiently
• Install, inspect, and troubleshoot commercial plumbing systems, including water, waste, gas, and specialty piping systems.
• Perform remodels, and new construction plumbing
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and office staff
• Follow local plumbing codes and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in commercial plumbing
• Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+lbs and work in various environments (crawl spaces, ladders, outdoor weather)
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Professional attitude with customers and coworkers
