What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, positive shopping experience
• Recommend phones, wireless plans, accessories, and services based on customer needs
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service
• ️ Assist customers with device setup, upgrades, account questions, and basic troubleshooting
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Stay up to date on new phones, promotions, features, and wireless products
• Work as part of a team to achieve store performance goals
