Responsibilities
- Operate computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic use.
- Perform imaging procedures beyond CT, including general radiography and fluoroscopy, as needed.
- Position patients, adjust imaging parameters, and optimize image quality while adhering to ALARA and radiation safety standards.
- Verify patient identity, assess contraindications, monitor for adverse reactions, and document and communicate results to the care team.
- Maintain imaging equipment, perform routine quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with radiologists and physicians to meet diagnostic needs and support patient throughput in a high-volume setting.

Requirements
- CT imaging experience or demonstrated competency; ability to perform CT, general radiography, and fluoroscopy procedures.
- Valid radiologic technologist credentials; state licensure/registration as required by jurisdiction.
- ARRT CT certification or eligibility (preferred.
- Knowledge of radiation safety principles (ALARA) and patient positioning.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced imaging department and adapt to a travel assignment environment.
