Responsibilities
Our Byline Garage client is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Mobility Specialist to support parking and mobility operations during events taking place at the nearby Providence Park Stadium.
Hours: Vary (part-time, on-call)
Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour
Ideal for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and providing excellent service to guests.
Must be available for evening and weekend shifts, primarily aligned with Providence Park event schedules (soccer matches, concerts, and other events).
As a Mobility Specialist, you are the front-line representative of Metropolis Parking, serving as the face of our technology-driven parking experience. You will assist customers in navigating and enrolling in Metropolis’ parking technology while delivering courteous, professional service. This role requires stamina, attention to detail, and a strong customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
Mobility Specialists also play a key role in ensuring compliance with parking policies, maintaining lot and garage conditions, and supporting the overall operations of Metropolis facilities. As we continue to expand our technology platform, this position offers strong growth potential for high-performing team members.
