Work Environment
The position is based in an industrial shop with fabrication and paint departments, including open bay doors in the fabrication area. You work around metal parts, racks, carts, fixtures, and paint equipment in a production setting. The role follows a structured schedule: Day Shift runs Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m., with potential flexibility for a 7:00 a.m. start to 3:45 p.m.; Swing Shift runs Monday through Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. and includes a shift differential. Work involves regular use of hand and power tools, exposure to coatings and solvents, and typical industrial shop conditions where appropriate work attire and adherence to safety practices are expected.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
