Step into an impactful opportunity supporting middle school students through speech-language services for the full school year. This contract position is ideal for an SLP with a passion for pediatric communication needs—including students under speech/communication and autism eligibility. You’ll manage a caseload of approximately 20 students, coordinating case management for about 10. With dedicated time for indirect work, you can focus on providing high-quality therapy and effective IEP implementation within a collaborative school setting.

Qualifications & Qualifications Sought:

• Hold current Oregon SLP Licensure (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) welcome
• Experience in schools, pediatrics, and/or healthcare settings strongly preferred
• Knowledge of autism spectrum, intellectual, and specific learning disabilities
• Comfortable with itinerant services and paid travel between sites, as needed
• Teletherapy skills a plus
• Familiarity with IEP processes, documentation, and case management
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to middle school students in alignment with IEPs
• Manage case files for ~10 students, deliver services to ~20 (communication and/or autism)
• Participate in team meetings and support multidisciplinary collaboration
• Work with the school’s IEP system (training provided as needed)
• Engage families, teachers, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
• Uphold administrative and state-level requirements, including fingerprinting and licensure
