**_Core responsibilities include:_**
+ Examining the impact of isolationist strategies on scientific production and impact
+ Leadership in research design, analysis, and dissemination
+ Participation in collaborative team meetings
+ Other duties as assigned

**_You should demonstrate:_**
+ Interdisciplinary research expertise related to science studies and science policy
+ Strong knowledge of quantitative research methods and their application in research settings
+ Understanding of the global scientific landscape and current trends impacting science and policy
+ Ability to engage with complex, cross-disciplinary research questions and approaches
**Qualifications:**
+ PhD in a relevant field required with specialization in scientometrics, science policy, or other science studies domains preferred
**A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.**

+ This is a full **-** time (37.5 of hours), exempt position based in Pittsburgh, PA
+ **Fixed Term:** This is a fixed-term position with an estimated duration of 12 months.
