Progression typically occurs within **3-12 months depending on individual progress and development** . + **Utility Pole Assessment Foreman: $26.00-$32.00/hour** Advance into a leadership position responsible for managing field crews, overseeing daily operations, and driving safety, quality, and productivity expectations. Foremen who meet and maintain all required performance metrics may progress through five compensation levels, earning up to $6.00/hour in additional conditional pay. This role requires strong leadership, communication, organization, and the ability to ensure work is completed safely while meeting company and customer expectations. The Foreman will provide direction to field crews, support employee development, maintain productivity goals, and represent Osmose professionally when interacting with customers, utility representatives, and community members. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities. + Perform utility pole assessments while following company standards and safety procedures. + Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure projects are completed efficiently. + Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices and operational procedures. + Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry requirements. + Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working conditions. + Complete required documentation, reports, and project updates accurately and timely. + Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance. + Communicate professionally with customers, utility representatives, landowners, and community members. + Support a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and accountability. **Qualifications** + Must be at least 19 years of age. + Previous leadership, crew lead, or foreman experience preferred. + Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience. + Strong leadership and decision-making skills. + Ability to motivate, train, and work effectively with field crews. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to safely operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools. + Ability to represent the company in a positive and professional manner
