Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phones, performing customer service, and handling various clerical duties to ensure the smooth functioning of our dealership. This role requires maintaining the Front Desk Reception area, greeting customers, directing them to appropriate areas, and contacting salespersons as needed.

Work Environment
The position is located in NE Salem and is part of a team that includes Toyota, Subaru, Chevrolet, and Nissan dealerships. The role requires working 25-30 hours per week with the following schedule: Monday to Thursday from 2:50 PM to 8 PM, Friday until 9 PM, Saturday (mandatory) from 7:50 AM to 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM to 9 PM, and two Sundays a month from 10 AM to 3 PM or 2 PM to 7 PM. Training will be required for five days from 9 AM to 3 PM with Chauni and three closing shifts with another team member. The work environment is professional, with a focus on customer service excellence.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
