About the RoleApex is seeking a bold, growth-driven National Service Line Leader – Infrastructure to build and execute a national infrastructure strategy that accelerates our expansion in water and wastewater infrastructure, civil/site engineering, and transportation engineering services. This role is designed for a strategic leader who can unify and amplify our existing teams, identify and scale high-potential disciplines and geographies, and drive an aggressive growth agenda through modern delivery models—including communities of practice, engineering design centers, and AI-enabled design and delivery.
This role will also fully own the infrastructure regulatory and funding landscape - federal and state - including how mandates translate into client demand, how programs are funded (formula, SRF and grant mechanisms), and how those funding pathways drive timing, procurement, and win strategy.
This position will sit at the intersection of strategy, growth, operations, talent, and innovation—partnering closely with Regional Business Unit P&L Leaders and Growth teams to strengthen collaboration across markets, unlock capacity, increase win rates, expand key accounts, and create repeatable delivery excellence at scale.
