Plastic Mold Production Associate
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
We're looking for dependable individuals to join our production team. In this role, you'll remove finished plastic parts from molds, inspect them for quality, trim excess material when needed, and prepare products for the next stage of production. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady, full-time work in a manufacturing environment.
Job Duties
- Remove plastic parts from molds as they come off the production line.
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Trim or clean excess plastic when needed.
- Stack, package, and prepare finished products.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
- Work with the production team to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
