Sales Representative

Pay Rate: $23/HR

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Location: Portland, OR

1% Commission on sales

We are currently seeking an experienced, motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing wire company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is confident driving new business while maintaining existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within target markets
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Provide product knowledge and solutions to meet customer needs
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and orders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience (industrial, construction, or related field preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Organized with good time management skills
• Comfortable working with a high-volume customer base
