About Inspire Physical Therapy
Inspire Physical Therapy is a growing, family-owned pediatric private practice serving the Beaverton community since 2016. We are a therapist-driven clinic built on a 1:1 care model, allowing our clinicians the time and autonomy to deliver highly individualized, relationship-centered care.
Our team specializes in working with infants through adolescents, with a growing emphasis on pediatric orthopedic and sports rehabilitation for active kids and young athletes. We are committed to creating a collaborative, supportive environment for both families and clinicians.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist with a passion for pediatrics and orthopedic/sports care to join our team.
This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to:
- Work in a true 1:1 care environment with meaningful time per patient
- Treat both general pediatric and pediatric athletic populations
- Help grow and shape a pediatric sports program within the clinic
- Build relationships with families, athletes, and community partners
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for children and adolescents
- Treat a mix of pediatric orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries, including return-to-play progression
- Deliver 1:1, hands-on care focused on functional outcomes and long-term success
- Collaborate with families, coaches, and other providers to support each child’s progress
- Progress patients using evidence-based decision-making and sport-specific rehabilitation principles
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture

Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active Oregon Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
- CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric and/or orthopedic/sports experience
- (Combination of clinical, athletic training, or coaching experience considered)
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting at $45.00–$55.00 per hour
