In this highly visible position, you'll lead complex technical programs across applied research, architecture, design exploration, development, testing, and validation, helping advance cutting-edge technologies from early concept toward practical implementation. You'll work directly with customers to understand emerging technical requirements, translate needs into effective engineering concepts, and influence technology direction. Leveraging your technical expertise and systems-level thinking, you'll identify design challenges, recommend innovative solutions, and evaluate how engineering decisions impact system performance, reliability, manufacturability, scalability, and the overall customer experience. As a technical leader, you'll provide guidance and mentorship to the wider engineering group, both locally and globally, helping drive project success while fostering technical excellence across the team. You'll collaborate with senior leaders, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders both inside and outside the organization, serving as a trusted expert and key contributor to strategic engineering efforts.
