Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and students; adhere to treatment schedules and documentation requirements; contribute to patient care conferences; make interdisciplinary referrals; adapt plans of care; promote safety; maintain equipment; perform patient evaluations and implement treatment plans; design adaptive devices; instruct patients in functional activities.
