Now Hiring: Electronic Test Technician

Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $27.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
⏰ Overtime & weekend availability required as needed

We are looking for an experienced Electronic Test Technician to join our production and field service team. If you have a strong background in electronic troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and manufacturing, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits, components, instruments, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Diagnose and repair analog and digital assemblies down to the component level.
• Troubleshoot production rejects and field service returns.
• Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Perform assembly, disassembly, modifications, and rework using basic hand tools.
• Follow Test Process Instructions (TPIs) and support the development of test procedures when needed.
• Prepare technical reports documenting findings and recommended solutions.
• Assist with the setup and selection of specialized test equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electronic Test Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Experience using basic hand tools for assembly and disassembly.
• Ability to work independently while following established procedures and knowing when to escalate issues.
