• Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipments.
• Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Supply production lines with materials as needed.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments using shipping documents.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment concerns.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse organization.
• Maintain accurate inventory and production records.
• Follow all OSHA, GMP, and company safety policies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment required.
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified).
• Experience with shipping and receiving procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and operating equipment throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Manufacturing or plastics industry experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Manufacturing and warehouse setting.
• Exposure to machinery, forklifts, noise, heat, and moving equipment.
• Overtime and occasional weekends may be required based on production needs.
