Seeking a bilingual (Japanese/English) Project Coordinator to support startup partnerships, investment operations, contract coordination, market research, and event management within a global innovation and venture team.

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Project Coordinator:
o Coordinate cross-functional projects, operational processes, and process improvement initiatives.
o Track project progress, identify risks, and support timely issue resolution.
o Manage operational tools, software subscriptions, budgets, expenses, and purchasing activities.
o Coordinate legal and contractual processes, including NDAs, service agreements, statements of work, and event-related contracts.
o Serve as a liaison between external partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
o Support vendor onboarding, contract tracking, and payment processes.
o Conduct startup scouting and preliminary market research.
o Identify and track emerging startup opportunities and industry trends.
o Maintain accurate pipeline and partnership data in CRM systems.
o Coordinate logistics for corporate events, workshops, sponsorships, and executive meetings.
o Support internal communications and reporting activities.
o Facilitate collaboration between global teams, particularly across Japan and North America.
o Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
