Job Description:\n\nAbout Us\nNoodle & Boo is a premium baby, family, personal care, laundry, and home care brand known for gentle formulas, trusted quality, and an emotional connection with parents, gift-givers, and families.We are looking for a hands-on ecommerce and growth leader to strengthen our direct-to-consumer business, improve the digital customer experience, and help build deeper relationships with our customers across owned and paid digital channels.\nRole Overview\nNoodle & Boo is seeking a Brand Engagement Manager to lead brand engagement across creator relationships, community programs, product seeding strategy, mom-focused and mission-driven events, affiliate and ambassador initiatives, loyalty engagement support, TikTok and influencer agency coordination, PR opportunities, and cross-channel storytelling.\nThis is a hands-on consumer brand marketing role for someone who understands creator marketing, customer engagement, brand partnerships, product gifting strategy, events, mission-driven activations, affiliate programs, ambassador communities, and the operational follow-through required to turn relationships into meaningful brand momentum.\nThe Brand Content Creator owns the working social media calendar, daily content capture, content drafting, posting support, UGC organization, event content, and basic customer engagement. The Brand Engagement Manager sets the engagement priorities that feed the content calendar, including creator activity, product seeding priorities, mom community events, First Night Kit and local giveback activations, affiliate opportunities, loyalty themes, partnerships, PR moments, and cross-channel content needs.\nThis role owns product seeding strategy, including audience selection, campaign themes, partner fit, follow-up expectations, and performance learnings. Operations owns fulfillment, shipping execution, and product mailing logistics, with this role providing strategic direction and partner context.\nThis role also supports LinkedIn, founder thought leadership, and blog storytelling by helping identify, coordinate, and develop engagement-driven opportunities in partnership with the VP Marketing, Brand Content Creator, Head of Ecommerce & DTC Growth, and other marketing stakeholders as appropriate.\nRole Mission\nBuild a thoughtful brand engagement engine that strengthens creator relationships, customer love, mom community participation, First Night Kit and local giveback engagement, affiliate and ambassador growth, professional advocacy, PR visibility, loyalty participation, and cross-channel brand storytelling.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Brand Engagement Strategy\n\nBuild and manage Noodle & Boo's brand engagement plan across creators, customers, mom communities, product seeding strategy, loyalty, mission-driven activations, affiliates, ambassadors, professional partners, and brand partnerships.\nTranslate brand priorities into monthly engagement themes that support social media, creator outreach, events, loyalty, email/SMS, paid media, ecommerce, PR, retail storytelling, Docs & Doulas, Mama Ambassadors, and affiliate programs.\nPartner with the VP Marketing to ensure engagement programs reflect Noodle & Boo's brand strategy, messaging, voice, values, premium positioning, and mission sensitivity.\nPartner with the Creative Director, Head of Ecommerce & DTC Growth, and Brand Content Creator so engagement activity supports brand standards, ecommerce priorities, and content needs.\nDevelop Social Calendar Inputs and Content Priorities\n\nProvide the Brand Content Creator with monthly and weekly content priorities based on creator activity, product seeding, Docs & Doulas outreach, Mama Ambassador activity, affiliate campaigns, events, first-night-kit activations, loyalty moments, PR opportunities, and brand campaigns.\nReview the social calendar to ensure it reflects important engagement opportunities, creator content, UGC, customer stories, event recaps, product education, mission moments, professional partner activity, and ambassador storytelling.\nPartner with the Brand Content Creator to identify what should be filmed, reposted, recapped, saved, repurposed, or escalated for review.\nEnsure social content supports broader brand engagement goals rather than functioning only as daily posting.\nIdentify engagement moments that may become LinkedIn or blog content, including creator wins, retail milestones, founder stories, event recaps, mission moments, professional partner insights, and community proof points.\nRoute those story opportunities to the VP Marketing, Head of Ecommerce & DTC Growth, Brand Content Creator, or Creative Director based on the channel and approval need.\n\nManage Creator and Community Relationships\n\nIdentify, outreach, and build relationships with creators, micro-influencers, mom creators, baby care voices, lifestyle creators, gift guides, professional advocates, and relevant community partners.\nDev
